4 CROSS IS BACK AND ITS BACK WITH A TWIST

​4 X Flow
 
Intro – 

• 4 x Flow MTB Races are short point to point BMX style races with 4 racers starting at the same time. 
• All 4 racers start side by side at either a gate or designated line.
• The course is 30 seconds to 1.5 minutes long and primarily downhill.
• The course consists of berms, rollers, tabletops, and various jumps. The primary track is natural which has flow and technicality.

 
The race consists of brackets.

• 4 racers at a time will line up at the start
• Top 2 racers will move on to the next round
• Bottom 2 racers will move into a consolation round
• The final 4 will produce the top 4 places
• It is possibe to have less than 4 racers per round
• If racers are missing or DNF that spot will either be filled with the top finishing other racers, or left blank as per the race organizer.
• Categories are determined by the racer
• Elite or Open categories are for the top fastest riders.
• Expert Racers are second fastest with elite level skills
• Junior riders are young up and coming racers under the age of 18
• Race ages are determined by the racers age on Dec 31st of that year.

If the racer is 17 on or before December 31st of that year they are eligible for junior categories. If a Racer is 18 or older on December 31st of that year they are considered non juniors and not eligible for Junior categories
 
Racers Must make their way from the finish line to the start line on their own. No Ebike assist or towing of any type. A support person may push or ride the bike for a racer while the racer walks. Racers must walk or ride under human power only while competing or practicing.
 
Racers must wear a helmet at all times while on track.
It is recommended to wear a full face helmet and pads
